Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made a £15 million bid for Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish.
The 22-year-old made 34 appearances in all competitions for Villa last season scoring three goals in total. Grealish came through Aston Villa’s academy and spent the 2013/14 season on loan at Notts County.
With the former England Under 21 international impressing for the SkyBet Championship side last season, Chelsea were reported to have expressed their interest at the start of the week. However, it is their fierce rivals, Tottenham Hotspur who have put in an official bid.
Other Premier League sides, Leicester, Newcastle, Fulham, Everton and West Ham are also reported to be keen on signing the attacking midfielder as Tony Xia and his trusted Villa Park associates desperately try to raise funds.
Grealish missed out on the first three months of the campaign with a shock kidney injury but still featured in the SkyBet Championship Play-Off Final defeat against Fulham last month.
