Tottenham Hotspur have released information regarding the recent injury crisis which has ruled out Danny Rose and Erik Lamela from tomorrow’s FA Cup fixture against Fulham.
Harry Kane and Jan Vertonghen will have a late decision over their involvement.
Rose has been a key player for Spurs this season and it has shown in the last few games that The Lilywhites really do miss their star left-back.
The former Leeds United youngster has come a long way since fans criticised the five-year deal he signed in summer 2014, following the arrival of Ben Davies.
Spurs legend, Micky Hazard spoke exclusively to ElWriteBack about the England International: “Danny Rose has improved incredibly, for me he is now the best attacking full-back in Europe along with Kyle Walker, they are both super players.”
With an unconvincing performance against K.A.A. Gent and Liverpool, Spurs need to step up a gear if they want to get through to the Quarter-Finals of the FA Cup.
In the previous round, Tottenham were very lucky to escape an embarrassing defeat to Wycombe Wanderers, as the Premier League side came back to win 4-3 thanks to Son Heung-min.
Another former Spurs player, Rohan Ricketts also spoke about how important Rose has been for Tottenham this season saying: “I feel that Danny Rose is a fantastic left back and that he is getting to show how good he is due to the system he is playing in, as well as the players around him.”
